I've bought one of the uniform colors, but can't apply it bc all of the uniform colors besides white say locked over them. Is this a glitch, or are they not implemented yet?
Yes, this is the full version. :) It comes with full screen, a guide to unlock Mia without cheating which contains a secret area where you can compete against an extra enemy restaurant, and it also contains some extra outfits.

On android, cant pull up menu or find a way to save on chromebook
Saving is inside the player's house, through the notebook on the desk. This doesn't work for you?
